With free remote control apps available for iPhone and Android-powered smartphones, you can get the music flowing on your CS-N755 with a few taps on your phone screen. The application is not merely a novelty, however, with the intuitive graphical user interface enabling quick and easy input selection and playback control from anywhere in the room or house, as well as clear, easily understood graphical menus for the full range of system controls and settings
Top Quality Amplifier for Pure Audio Clarity
While some hi-fi makers take a shortcut to amplified audio with the use of cheap all-in-one IC chips, the resulting sound too often distorts once you turn the volume up. Instead, Onkyo uses the same discrete Three-Stage Inverted Darlington Circuitry found on its flagship AV and hi-fi components in selected compact models such as the CS-N755. Phase-Matching Bass Boost System
From the warm low notes produced by a cello to the deep frequencies of electronic music, a good compact audio system should be able to deliver plenty of bass resonance. While traditional enhancement systems effectively boost low-frequency sound, they are often prone to the effects of phase shifting, which can overwhelm mid-range frequencies and muddy the sound. Front-Panel USB Port for iPod & iPhone
The CS-N755 front-panel USB port gives access to MP3 and AAC audio files stored on your iPod/iPhone. You can also load up a flash memory drive with these file types, along with lossless formats such as FLAC, and plug it in using the system's remote to control playback. As the audio signals are transported in digital form, rather than analog, there is much less chance for signal degradation. Your music sounds cleaner and more faithful to the original. You can plug in your iPod or iPhone for an automatic recharge at any time as well, with the system returning to standby mode once you've disconnected the device
Bluetooth Streaming with Optional USB Adapter
Whether you're an iPhone user, an Android fan, or an owner of a compatible mobile device with Bluetooth capability, streaming music through your CS-N755 couldn't be easier. Just insert the UBT-1 adapter (sold separately) into either the front or rear USB port, pair the devices, and select your music. With an aptX codec and the improved data capabilities of Bluetooth 3.0, you'll be delighted with sound quality approaching that of CD audio
More Digital & Analog Connections
As well as a pre-out for a powered subwoofer -- freeing the speakers to more efficiently handle mid and high frequencies -- the CS-N755 has 96 kHz / 24-bit optical and coaxial inputs. If your PC has a digital line out, you can direct audio through the Onkyo system, with signals carried straight to the receiver's 192 kHz / 24-bit DAC. You can experience everything from iTunes music to YouTube videos with power and precision. Plus, besides the front-panel USB port, there is a selection of rear-side analog inputs to connect everything from your cell phone to a turntable

Great price, amazing product!
Great product, especially for the price.
Looks: looked brand new, everything in box, no complaints.
Function: remote is multiple platform compatible, so if you have a CX Amp or network unit, you can use the one remote. Easy to use.
When disk is spinning, it is VERY silent, your ear needs to be inches away to hear something. My Amp transformers hum is louder than the disk working. Anything more than a couple of feet away and you can't hear it, and thats with everything off except for the transport. With music on, even at low volume, I can't hear it spinning, which is refreshing as I can hear the mechanism working from other players I have.
Sound: nice and crisp. Haven't compared it to other players but I did AB it with music streaming using a WIIM PRO. There was a difference. The CXC was more detailed. The contrast between notes and instruments was clearer, not huge but there is a difference. Maybe with higher detailed speakers it would be even more apparent.
For the price, there's nothing bad I can say about this product. Maybe that it's bigger than it needs to be but if you have other Cambridge products, it will match nicely.
Staff is friendly, would buy from Skadi again.

I preferred a single disc player and this doesn’t disappoint. It tracks well on discs bungled by other decks. It shows the flaws of low quality compressed discs mercilessly , but with good quality source material it sounds sublime: which is exactly what I wanted. Very satisfied
Bought at a discount and came in perfect condition looking brand new. Will definitely buy again
